Apple TV+ has released the first images of the thriller series Hijack
Hijacks will make its worldwide debut with the first two episodes on Wednesday, June 28 on Apple TV+.
Created by George Kay (“Lupin,” “Criminal”) and Jim Field Smith (“Criminal” “Truth Seekers”), the first writer and second principal director of the series, “Hijack” also stars the Emmy Award winner and NAACP Image Award winner Archie Panjabi (“The Good Wife,” “Snowpiercer,” “Blindspot”).

In addition to Elba and Panjabi, the series stars Christine Adams, Max Beesley, Eve Myles, Neil Maskell, Jasper Britton, Harry Michell, Aimee Kelly, Mohamed Elsandel and Ben Miles.
Hijacks was produced by 60Forty Films, the production company founded by Emmy Award-winning executive producers Jamie Laurenson and Hakan Kousetta (“Slow Horses“, “The Essex snake“) as part of his deal with Apple TV+, along with George Kay and Jim Field Smith’s production company, Idiotlamp Productions, also marks the first series of the deal between Idris Elba and his Green Door Pictures and Apple TV+.
