When a hairdresser is found dead during a styling contest, the remaining contestants try to uncover the killer over the course of the evening. Rivalries and mistrust escalate when the group of contestants begin to suspect that someone is trying to fix the race, gruesomely eliminating the participants. In the cast Clare Perkins (Secrets and Lies, Censor, Eastenders), Kae Alexander (Fleabag, Maleficent 2 – Mistress of Evil), Harriet Webb (I May Destroy You, Big Boys), Darrell D’Silva(Informer) e Luke Pasqualino (Skins, Snowpiercer, Shantaram).

The stunning photography of Medusa Deluxe is by Academy Award nominee Robbie Ryan (The Favourite, American Honey). The dazzling hairstyles are the work of the renowned stylist Eugene Souleiman and the hair and make-up designer Scarlett O’Connellwhose work earned the film the award for Best Make-up & Hairstyle at the 2022 British Independent Film Awards.
