Synopsis, Reviews and Info about the 12 “Angel” characters in Charlie’s Angel, all of whom turn out to be top Hollywood artists

It’s hard to say Charlie’s Angels is a good film. In fact, the film, which was produced by the Columbia Pictures production house, is classified as nothing special even though the cast has changed.

In fact, this film is still the same as the Charlie’s Angels series (1976-1981) and the films Charlie’s Angels (2000) and Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle (2003). All of them tell the story of three female espionage.

This time, the three women are Sabina Wilson (Kristen Stewart), Elena Houghlin (Naomi Scott) and Jane Kano (Ella Balinska). They must thwart the production of a tool that can harm humans.

Actually the story is interesting. But it’s a shame that the idea wasn’t executed properly, and the script for this film doesn’t seem really mature.

This is evident from the many shifts in the scene that are stiff and feel forced. One scene is not finished but has moved to another scene, then back to the previous scene.

One of them is when Wilson, Elena and Jane discuss the mission to Istanbul with Bosley, played by Elizabeth Banks. In the midst of discussing a cool mission, the scene even moves so that it feels incomplete.

In this scene there is also evidence of an immature script, namely an unimportant dialogue between Sabina and Jane regarding the experience in Istanbul. It would be better if that scene didn’t exist. Such unimportant dialogue also occurs in many other scenes.

Another proof that the script is immature is the appearance of several scenes that are not important and feel forced. One of them was when Sabina and Jane took a box photo before going into action.

That scene is completely useless. It seems that the scene was only made so that the film directed by Elizabeth Banks becomes an action film with a comedy twist. But unfortunately the attempt failed.

Another shortcoming in this film is the visual effects which are very bad for an international production class. This was seen when Sabina boarded a helicopter after the mission was over.

In terms of story, this film is indirectly related to Charlie’s Angels (2000) and Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle (2003). There is a scene featuring photos of Natalie Cook (Cameron Diaz), Dylan Sanders (Drew Barrymore) and Alex Munday (Lucy Liu).

Apart from that, there is also a scene that discusses the history of Charlie’s Angels, in which one of the agents defected. The agent is Madison Lee (Demi Moore) who is told in the film Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle (2003).

But in terms of action scenes, this film is more interesting than the previous Charlie’s Angels films. The fight scenes are more varied because they also use firearms and sharp weapons, not just bare hands.

The acting skills of Stewart, Scott and Baliskan are unquestionable. But a little note for Kristen Stewart, her action as a bad agent has not been able to match Drew Barrymore.

Another advantage in Charlie’s Angels is that several dialogues discuss gender equality, which emphasizes that women cannot be underestimated and can do many things that men do.

Originally Charlie’s Angels was an American crime drama television series that ran on ABC from September 22, 1976 to June 24, 1981, and produced five seasons and 110 episodes. The series was created by Ivan Goff and Ben Roberts and produced by Aaron Spelling.
